Wearing Of Face Mask Is Now A Must In Ondo State – Akeredolu
As Coronavirus continues to spread like wild range fire, many Governors are taking proactive measures to curb the surge. Part of the effort is the compulsory wearing of a face mask. The Governor of Ondo state joins others states as he ordered the massive production of the mask.
Following a directive that inhabitants of the southwest should compulsorily be wearing face masks as from Friday this week, Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has ordered massive production of the materials to be distributed to the people Ondo State as part of steps to checkmate the spread of coronavirus pandemic in the state.
The Governor disclosed this today via his Twitter account.
As previously communicated, @ondogov will be instituting mandatory wearing of face masks in the state. To ensure that we meet the expected demand for masks, we have engaged the tailors union and mobilized them to commence mass production of masks for our citizens. #CovidNGR pic.twitter.com/0yHg4eHXuD

He said:
