Secretary to Ondo State Government resigns
Mr. Ifedayo Abegunde (Abena), has resigned from the government of Governor Rotimi Akeredolu.
In the past few weeks, Abegunde was rumored to be working with the state Deputy Governor Agboola Ajayi on how to realise his governorship ambition on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Abegunde personally confirmed the news this morning.
“Yes it is true, I have resigned my appointment as Ondo State SSG this morning. It is true my brother.”
The SSG who personally confirmed his resignation, said his next line of action politically would be communicated within the next 24 hours.
