One Chisom Eze allegedly killed his 19-year-old brother, Henry, during a battle over a soft drink bottle at their place of residence on Johnson Street, State’s Alaba city.

We gathered that Chisom, 21, left the drink in the house and stepped out to attend to a question, but when he returned, he discovered that Henry had taken advantage of his absence to eat the drink.

Raged at the conduct of his uncle, it has been said that Chisom took a knife and stabbed Henry in the back.

But their niece, who allegedly witnessed the incident, raised the alarm and Chisom was apprehended by neighbours.

Henry’s rescue attempts were said to have proven abortive as he died from the injuries that he suffered during the attack.

The incident footage posted on Instablog9ja showed the remains of the victim being removed by wailing neighbors and sympathizers.

When contacted, Bala Elkana, the State Police Public Relations Officer, said, “Chisom has stabbed his younger brother, Henry, to death for a bottle of soft drink. He is now in our care. Investigations are under way.
