Governor Wike Special Adviser On Media Is Dead
Simeon Nwakaudu, Governor Nyesom Wike’s special adviser on electronic media, is dead.
The cause of his death is still unclear, but sources at the Port Harcourt government house said Simeon may have died from cardiac arrest.
Governor, Nyesom Wike, expressed surprise at the sudden death of his Special Assistant on Electronic Media, Simeon Nwakaudu, in a statement by Information and Communications Commissioner Paulinus Nsirim.
Wike described late Nwakaudu as a loyal and committed professional who has made an enormous contribution to implementing The NEW Rivers Dream.
“The governor condoled the bereaved family on behalf of his party, the government and the good people of the State.
“He prayed to God that He would give them the strength to bear the great loss.
“Late Nwakaudu died today from a brief illness at the Rivers State University Teaching Hospital (RSUTH),” the statement said.
