In a viral audio interview, the former actress revealed that the show’s producers offered her an honorarium instead of payment because they couldn’t afford to pay her. She also revealed that she spent a whopping N30 million on designer clothing for herself for each appearance.
“For me I was told I could not be afforded, they were going to give me an honorarium which had to do with my styling. No royalties, nothing. I spent at least N30 million of my own money buying new designer things. Things I hate to do,” she said.
Danjuma also discussed her relationship with RHOL co-star Chioma GoodHair in the sensational uncredited interview. She revealed that they did not have a personal relationship outside of the show.

On Livespot 360’s sizzling reality show, both stars are best friends, with Chioma frequently standing up for Danjuma. However, the actress stated in the interview that the businesswoman “betrayed her,” forcing her to keep her distance.
Real Housewives of Lagos (RHOL), which is currently available on Showmax, follows the celebrity lives of Iyabo Ojo, Toyin Lawani, Laura Ikeji, Miriam Timmer, Chioma Goodhair, and Danjuma. Since its debut on the streaming service last month, the show has received glowing reviews.
