[BREAKING]: Sanwo-Olu bans Okada in Apapa, Ikeja, Lagos Island, three other locations

Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the Governor of Lagos State, has banned the operation of commercial motorcycles known as Okadas in six Local Governments.

[BREAKING]: Sanwo-Olu bans Okada in Apapa, Ikeja, Lagos Island, three other locations

The governor announced that the ban is “indefinite and total”.

Sanwo-Olu asked the Lagos Police Command and other security agencies to enforce the ban.

The six local governments listed by the governor are Ikeja, Surulere, Eti-Osa, Lagos Mainland, Lagos Island, and Apapa.
