The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has taken a bold step to sanitize the education system by withholding the results of 215,267 candidates from the 2024 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE). This move is aimed at tackling the menace of examination malpractice, which has been a recurring issue in the conduct of the examination.
