The black market exchange rate for the US Dollar (USD) to Naira (NGN) stands at ₦1,555 for buying and ₦1,560 for selling, according to sources at Bureau De Change (BDC) in the Lagos Parallel Market.
Please be aware that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) does not recognize the parallel market (black market) and has advised those engaging in Forex transactions to do so through their respective banks.
