In a recent interview on the American podcast, The Baller Alert Show, Afrobeats sensation, Davido, made a bold declaration about the Nigerian rap scene.
According to the DMW boss, Odumodublvck is currently the biggest rapper in Nigeria.
Davido’s assertion came as he discussed his upcoming album and lead single. The singer revealed that his next album is slated for release in the first quarter of 2025. He also announced that he would be dropping another lead single titled ‘Funds’, featuring Odumodublvck and Chike.
Speaking about the upcoming single, Davido said: “I will be releasing my new album next year. I’m trying to make real African records. I have another lead single coming out soon titled ‘Funds.’ It’s featuring the current biggest rapper in Nigeria, Odumodublvck, and Chike. Chike is the Bryson Tiller of Nigeria.”
