President Bola Tinubu has returned to Abuja after a two-week working leave in the United Kingdom, arriving at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport around 7:20 pm on Saturday.
The President’s departure for the annual working vacation was announced by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, on October 2.
Upon arrival, President Tinubu was received by an impressive entourage of senior administration officials, including:
– _Lagos State Governor_: Babajide Sanwo-Olu
– _Chief of Staff to the President_: Femi Gbajabiamila
– _Finance Minister_: Wale Edun
– _Budget and Economic Planning Minister_: Abubakar Atiku Bagudu
– _National Security Adviser_: Nuhu Ribadu
– _National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC)_: Abdullahi Ganduje
During his leave, President Tinubu briefly visited Paris, France, on October 11, for an undisclosed engagement, as disclosed by his Senior Special Assistant on Political and Other Matters, Ibrahim Kabir Masari. The President is expected to resume his duties at the presidency on Monday.
This marks the end of President Tinubu’s working leave, and the country awaits his return to active duty.
