American rapper Meek Mill has taken to social media to express frustration over being linked to disgraced music executive Sean Combs, aka Diddy, who faces sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
Diddy was arrested by Homeland Security on suspicion of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and interstate transportation for prostitution. His associates, past and present, have faced intense media scrutiny since.
Meek Mill offered $100,000 to hire an investigative team to uncover why his name is tied to Diddy’s case. On X, he wrote: “I wanna hire an investigative team with 100k cash to find out every specific detail involving meek mill name to ‘Diddy’ Case…. I also want them to look at who is powering the media involving ‘Meek’ anything to do with buddy! ‘Something not right'”.
Diddy has entered a not-guilty plea, denying all charges. However, his bail requests have been rejected twice.
Meek Mill seeks transparency, questioning those “empowering” the media to involve him in the scandal.
The investigation continues, with many in the music industry watching closely.
