The Ogun State Government has declared Tuesday, August 20th as a public holiday to commemorate this year’s Isese Day, a celebration of traditional worship.
In a statement signed by Special Adviser to the Governor on Media and Strategy, Kayode Akinmade, the government emphasized its commitment to religious inclusivity, allowing traditional worshippers to mark their special day.
Akinmade urged traditional worshippers to celebrate with moderation and respect for other religions, maintaining the state’s culture of religious tolerance.
