Nigerian songstress, Simi, has made a surprising revelation about her music listening habits.
In a recent appearance on the ‘Zero Conditions’ podcast, Simi disclosed that she only listens to her husband, Adekunle Gold’s music, and no one else’s.
When asked about her favorite artists or songs, Simi replied, “I don’t listen to anybody’s music, the reason I listen to my husband’s songs is because I’m married to him.” She, however, mentioned that she enjoys Post Malone’s first album ‘Beerbongs & Bentleys’ and loves J.Cole.
Simi further explained that she doesn’t listen to music often, and even her own album, which recently dropped, will soon fade from her playlist. “I don’t really listen to anybody’s music. The reason I’m listening to my album now is because it just came out. In a few weeks, I probably won’t listen to it as much as I do now,” she said.
