TurnTable Charts, Nigeria’s music chart publication, has released the list of the most streamed songs in the first half of 2024.
The data reveals that songs released in the third quarter of 2023 have dominated the chart, with Kizz Daniel’s ‘Twe Twe’ remix featuring Davido topping the list with 67 million streams.
Chike’s ‘Egwu’ featuring Mohbad follows closely at number two with 60 million streams, while Seyi Vibez’s ‘Cana’ and ‘Different Patterns’ rank third and fifth, respectively. Shallipopi’s ‘Cast’ featuring Odumodublvk takes the fourth spot.
Ayra Starr’s ‘Commas’ is the only female-led song on the list, ranking seventh with 28 million streams. The list also features international artists, including South Africa’s Titom, Yuppe, S.N.E, and EeQue, whose viral single ‘Twala Bam’ enters at number ten.
