Nigerian singer Dammy Krane has responded to the appeal made by KWAM 1 to end his online feud with Davido.
In a post on his X, Krane revealed that Davido had met with his mother, indicating a possible resolution to their dispute.
Krane, however, maintained that Davido still owes him payment for his songwriting services and royalties. He wrote, “SO, @davido set up a meeting with my mum in Yankee lol. I understand all. I’ll leave the Tagbo matter to God because of good people like family and K1 De Ultimate. But David pay for the song I wrote and royalties. PS: Evil prevails when good people refuse to talk.”
KWAM 1 had earlier intervened in the feud, urging both artists to embrace peace. The dispute between Dammy Krane and Davido started in 2023 over an alleged debt, with Krane accusing Davido of being ungrateful. The feud escalated with Krane accusing Davido of involvement in the death of his friend, Tagbo Umeike, in 2017.
Despite the appeal for peace, Krane remains adamant about receiving payment for his services, signaling that the feud may not be fully resolved yet.
