The black market dollar to naira exchange rate for July 3rd has been revealed.
According to sources at the Bureau De Change (BDC), the Lagos Parallel Market (Black Market) players are buying a dollar for N1510 and selling at N1520.
Please note that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) does not recognize the parallel market (black market) and has directed individuals who want to engage in Forex to approach their respective banks.
